Video
The preview of your vision board for the first three images is for free. If you want to enjoy the full video, with Vision Board Plus you get these features:
• Unlimited personalized vision board video
• Add your own music
• Watch your video in loop mode
• Record affirmations in your own voice
You can adjust the audio settings in the Vision Board ++ app, including turning off the voice output and music by following these steps:
• Open Vision Board ++ app
• Go to your „Vision Board“
• Press the „Play“ button to start your video.
• Tap on the screen to access the audio settings.
• From here, you can turn off the music and adjust the volume of the voice output, or mute it completely. The app will save these settings for the next time you use it.
Additionally, you can control the overall volume of your iPhone using the volume buttons on the left side of the device when you are in public spaces or surrounded by people.

To change the voice or use your own voice for your vision board video, follow these steps:
• Open the Vision Board ++ app
• Go to your „Profile“
• Change the voice setting: You can choose between a female and male voice.
If you prefer to use your own voice for the affirmations instead of the computer-generated voice, you can record your voice for your vision board video. Here’s how:
• Open the Vision Board ++ app
• Go to your „Vision Board“
• Tap on the „…“ icon (in the top-right corner)
• Tap on „Record voice“
Select the image for which you want to record your voice and start recording.

You can change the music of your vision board video by following these steps:
• Open Vision Board ++ app
• Go to your „Vision Board“
• Tap on „…“ (up right corner)
• Tap on „Video Settings“
• Tap on „Music“
• Select your favorite music or add it from your Media Library

To reorder and duplicate images on your vision board, follow these steps:
• Open the Vision Board ++ app
• Go to your „Vision Board“
• Reorder the images by simply dragging and dropping them to your desired position.
If you want to edit further or duplicate images:
• Tap on the „…“ icon (in the top-right corner)
• Tap on „Edit“
• Select the image you want to duplicate or add to another vision board, then click on „Duplicate to Vision Board.“ In this edit mode, you can also add additional images to your vision board or adjust the layout.
You can change the background color of your Vision Board by following these steps:
• Open Vision Board App
• Go to your „Vision Board“
• Tap on „…“ (up right corner)
• Tap on “Background color“
Vision Board supports several different languages. Here we’ll show you which languages are available and how to change from one language to another.
You can run Vision Board in one of the following languages:
English, German
If your device’s Operating System is set to one of these languages, Vision Board will display in the same language. If your device is set to a language that Vision Board does not support, Vision Board will default to English.
You can change the language of your Vision Board by following these steps:
• Force-quit Vision Board via the App Switcher
• Open Settings app.
• Scroll down to Vision Board and tap it.
• Tap Language.
• Select your desired language.
Widgets
Would you like to see your Vision Board or Affirmations at a glance without opening the main app? Vision Board ++ offers a large selections of widgets!

Have you tried one of our practical Lock Screen Widgets yet? Have your affirmations at a glance without unlocking your phone and develop a positive mindset!
We’ve set the lock screen widgets as sensitive data, so will not reveal information if the device is locked.
This can be adjusted following these steps:
• Open Settings on your iPhone
• Tap on “Face ID & Passcode”
• Allow access for Lock Screen Widgets
(By default the widget is not hidden, it always shows even if the device is locked, but we support hiding it).
iCloud Sync
Adding a new device? Here’s how to log into your existing iCloud account to download your vision boards.
If you are installing Vision Board ++ on a new device you’ll need to download your vision boards from iCloud. Here’s how:
1. On your iPad or iPhone, open Vision Board.
2. Go to Profile → iCloud Sync
3. Tap the switch for Vision Board Cloud to turn it ON.
4. Ensure in the Settings App that you are logged in to iCloud.
Please power down and restart all of your devices first. If that doesn’t help, check out the tips below.
Go into Vision Board’ profile on each device (Vision Board > Profile > iCloud Sync) and check the following:
• Is iCloud switched on?
• Are all of your devices connected to the same iCloud account?
• Is there an error message?
• Have you logged in to iCloud in the Settings app?
• Do you have free space in iCloud available?

Quickly toggle your internet connection off and on again, then quit and restart Vision Board to see if it will sync.
Vision Board needs an internet connection to keep your boards updated with iCloud. To rule out more general problems, check and see if your other apps can connect the internet.
• Can you load a webpage in Safari?
• Can you send an email?
• If you’re using a firewall, custom DNS, a VPN, or apps like Little Snitch or Kaspersky Internet Security, ensure that iCloud isn’t being blocked.
• Reboot your router to rule out temporary issues with the hardware.
If you’re using Vision Board on an iOS device, it’s possible that cellular data use has been disabled for Vision Board. You can check that here:
1. Open Settings on your iOS device.
2. Tap Cellular.
3. Scroll down the list of apps until you find Vision Board.
4. Make sure the switch is turned on. You can also quickly toggle it off and back on.
Try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network to see if iCloud works there.
If you have an iPad or iPhone with a data plan, disable Wi-Fi in Settings and check if your vision board update successfully via your carrier’s cellular network. Here’s how to disable your Wi-Fi network:
1. On your iPad or iPhone, go to Settings.
2. Tap the Wi-Fi option.
3. Tap the switch for Wi-Fi to turn it off.
4. Go back to Vision Board and see if a iCloud update occurs.
After testing the connection, you can go back to Settings and tap the switch for Wi-Fi to turn it back on.
f you are having trouble syncing while at work, please check with your IT department to ensure that they have not blocked access to Vision Board Cloud.
Please go through the following steps to determine where the sync issue might be originating from:
1. Make sure all devices are connected to the same WiFi network.
2. On each device, open Vision Board.
3. Go to the Vision Board.
4. Create a unique vision board with a single image in each device’s Vision Board. On an iPhone, for example, you could call the Board “Test iPhone”.
5. Switch away from Vision Board to another app, then return to Vision Board to force a sync.
6. Check the Vision Boards on each device.
If every test Board has synced to every connected device, your sync should be working fine. If the test board has not synced as expected, include your findings in your email to us.
Sometimes, turning Vision Board Cloud off and back on again can help resolve the issue. Here’s how:
1. On your iPad or iPhone, open Vision Board.
2. Go to Settings → iCloud Sync.
3. Tap the switch for iCloud to turn it OFF.
4. Tap the switch for iCloud to turn it back ON.
5. Log back in to your iCloud account.
When you log back into your Vision Board Cloud account, you may see some merge options. Select Keep all Vision Boards (recommended).

2. On which devices are you using Vision Board?
3. Which of these devices are experiencing issues?
4. Did you reboot every single device you are using Vision Board on?
5. Did your Vision Boards update with Vision Board Cloud when you connected your device to a different network?
6. Are you trying to connect to Vision Board Cloud at your workplace?
7. What are the results of the sync test you performed per the instructions further up?
8. Have you tried disabling and re-enabling Vision Board Cloud on each of your devices?
9. Are you seeing an error message? If so, what does it say?
